NOTES for Isa 13:2-13

Today we read once again about the value that human beings and the world He created have for God. When a person turns away from the path of sin and returns to the Lord, the whole world belongs to that person as it did in paradise. A person lacks nothing, and nothing troubles or sows doubt when the Lord is near. Pure gold contains no impurities. In the righteous person, everything sinful, every impurity, is smelted away through repentance and prayer. The righteous path is a path of fire. On it, by God’s mercy, we burn like the bush that was not consumed, awaiting the Kingdom of God and becoming Christ’s fellow workers.
