NOTES for Mat 10:34-11:1

Jesus' words are very difficult for us. We wish it could be simpler... Can it really be so hard? Are His ways of ordering the world truly incompatible with ours, and does following Him necessarily require us to renounce what seems right to us? Must our path to unity pass through divisions, our path to love through hostility, our path to glory through the cross, and our path to true life through death? Lord, increase our faith!
