NOTES for Num 12:16-13:33
At last Israel has reached the Promised Land, a land flowing with milk and honey. This land, free from slavery and full of wondrous abundance, serves as a foreshadowing of the Heavenly Kingdom, where life according to God's truth bears wonderful fruit.
How important resolve is on the way to this goal! How important not to be frightened by possible obstacles and trials! With God's help we are able to overcome everything, enter the land He has prepared for us, and receive there His love and blessing. It is only important to seek this Kingdom; otherwise fears and worldly difficulties will quickly be able to break us.
