The teachings about the need for wisdom are presented as parental instruction, although anyone who gives advice to another person subconsciously sees himself as older than the one who listens. Here the parental instruction sounds like a poem full of hope that children will hear the wise counsel to follow wisdom and will not stray from the path.
Yet from generation to generation, children go their own ways, very often rejecting the advice of their elders, and this is inevitable. This is not only because children are disobedient, but also because the world is constantly changing and new generations respond to change more quickly.
And yet, despite all the changes in the world, much remains unchanged, especially in the spiritual foundations of its order. Among those foundations is the inexhaustible wisdom granted to humanity from above.
