NOTES for Isa 13:1-14:27
God chose a people for Himself so that in them all nations might come to know Him and be adopted by the Father. These chapters open a series of prophecies about how God will protect His children from every oppressor and enslaver. Today God says to us as well, "Do not be afraid!" He is our Father and will always be able to protect us from every temptation, both inward and outward.
